Why this title? First of all, we wanted a title easy to remember. “
Arrivederci” is, in fact, an international word that became part of the common language of many people, even those that never studied Italian.
In addition, we found it appropriate to choose this way of greeting because with “
Arrivederci!” studying Italian is so pleasant and progress so immediate that you want to repeat this experience, to come back to lesson, and follow another year of the course. So
Arrivederci! is more than a greeting, it is a wish to meet again, inviting the teacher and other students to keep learning: “Arrivederci at the next lesson!”, “Arrivederci next year!”.
