Here are some tips and answers to frequently asked questions.
How can I order?
From the Home Page click on the catalogue, where you can choose the book you wish to purchase. You can order the book and the related audiovisual material by clicking on the shopping cart.
You can then choose to confirm your order by clicking “order” or you can return to the catalogue to add more books to your shopping cart.
If this is the first time you are placing an order, you are asked to fill in a form with your details and within a few minutes your virtual account will be activated. If you have already registered, simply enter your email address and password.
From the Home Page you can also order by clicking on “order” and then from the list of all our publications click directly on the shopping cart placed next to the book that you wish to buy.
Please note that you cannot order more than thirty copies per title (ISBN).
How can I pay?
Payments can be arranged through debit or credit card (Visa and Mastercard) or though PayPal, or bank transfer.
How many books can I purchase?
It is possible to order up to a maximum of thirty copies of each title. For higher volumes please send an email to
[email protected]. Our Customer Service will answer your request.
What are the shipping costs applied?
The charges are the minimum and they are calculated automatically by the system in relation to the destination. It is possible to check the shipping costs before confirming the order.
What are the delivery times?
For shipments within the European Union delivery times are less than 10 days. For all other destinations the delivery times do not exceed 15 days.
What if I do not get the books I have purchased?
Should there be a delay in the delivery of the ordered books, please send an e-mail to
[email protected]. We will check the shipment and respond as soon as possible.
What can I do if I received books that are damaged?
If the package or packaging is damaged, you are kindly requested to inform us as soon as possible by sending an email to
[email protected]. Our customer service department will respond as soon as possible.
