In order to meet the needs of language schools and institutions that wish to use our software on more than one computer, we decided to make licences available for sale for the use of our multimedia material.
Each licence allows you to install and use the Interactive Multimedia Whiteboard Software included in the DVD-ROM on a single computer. To use the software on more than one computer, you need to purchase an adequate number of licences.
The copyright to the software and all related rights are owned by Edilingua Edizioni. The licence purchaser will be required to reproduce copyright information whenever he uses the Software or even just mentions the product, even for information purposes.
The licence purchaser may make an extra copy of the CD-ROM only and exclusively to store it for safety reasons.
The licence does not allow you:

to distribute or sell the Software, in whole or in part and even where modified, for the purpose of creating similar and/or competing products

to rent out the Software

to change the descriptive material contained in the DVD-ROM or import it into other data structures, either in whole or in part.

to modify, publish and distribute the software contained in the CD-ROM.
The CD-ROM content may not be reproduced in any way, either in whole or in part, except as otherwise expressly authorised in writing by this Publishing House. Any misuse, infringement and unlawful use will be punished according to the laws in force in the country where the infringement occurs.
The licence which is valid for 10 years, will be headed to the school or institution that appears in the edilingua account (chosen when registered) and it will be sent in PDF format.
